Our mechanical testing facility is well equipped to test a variety of materials, including metals, ceramics and polymers. Our qualified personnel perform the testing according to ASTM methods or other specifications to ensure meaningful and accurate results. Results include yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and reduction in area. Plastic strain ratio (r) and work hardening exponent (n) calculations are available. We test flat, round, wire and tube specimens.

Typical measurements include testing 3 specimens at 25 0 C to -200 0 C range. We accept standard and Weld/HAZ samples.
We perform stationary (1-3 point test) or traverse (8 point test) Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers and Durometer tests.
