First time clients
Payment should accompany first time orders unless credit with Activation Laboratories has been established. To establish credit, please print a copy of the Credit Application Form and fax the completed form to 1-905-648-9613.
Credit Application Form
Actlabs Materials Testing clients can pay their invoices by cheque, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard, direct bank deposit (electronic funds transfer), or through money transfer i.e., Western Union . For clients wishing to pay by money transfer please be sure to fax a copy of the Western Union wire transfer document to Activation Laboratories Ltd. at 1.905.648.9613.
