Actlabs Pacific has a purpose built laboratory near the Perth Airport Domestic Terminal. This laboratory was established in 1998 after Activation Laboratories purchased the WMC Exploration Division laboratories in Kalgoorlie. Our new sample preparation facility in Bayswater significantly increases our capacity in Perth and allows us to offer faster turn around.

We have expanded our facilities in Perth to offer Flame AA, ICP-AES and ICP-MS analysis on a range of digestion products and fusion products. This allows us to provide a full range of analyses from trace level analysis to high grade assays. We also offer several other forms of analysis including C and S elemental analysis and traditional assays such as titrimetry. Our association with Activation Laboratories in Canada also allows us to offer a wider range of analyses including XRD, XRF, HR-ICPMS and nuclear techniques such as instrumental neutron activation analysis and delayed neutron counting.

Over half our staff have been with the company for over 10 years and we have been able to maintain a base of experienced and qualified personnel. Many of our laboratory technicians are currently enrolled or have completed a Certificate II, III or IV training in Laboratory Techniques.
