XRF Fusion - Samples are fused with lithium metaborate/teraborate in Platinum crucibles using automated fluxers at 1150 degrees C. The molton mixture is poured into heated platinum molds and allowed to cool. The glass disk formed is analyzed one of our Panalytical Axios Advanced or PW2400 wavelength disspersive XRFs

XRF Pressed Pelled - Six grams of sample is mixed with a wax binder and compressed into a powder disc using 20 tonnes of pressure. The sample is analyzed on a Panalytical Axios Advanced XRF using Protrace or fundamental parameters data reduction.
